Brian Crosse has twenty years of financial accounting and reporting experience and is responsible for all of Synergy\u2019s financial activities. Brian and his staff are responsible for collecting, recording and processing all income and expenses related to each property. He oversees the monthly, quarterly and annual reports prepared at the asset level and joint-venture partnership level. His fiduciary responsibilities include producing annual financial statements, audit reporting and tax statement preparation. He works closely with the Property Management team in reviewing annual budgets.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining Synergy, he worked for The Mayo Group as their Financial Controller, overseeing the entire scope of their subsidiaries and affiliated entities. During his tenure, he oversaw the growth of the company from 12 employees to 160 employees and was primarily responsible for the financing, operating and reporting of over $350m of real estate assets.<\/p>\n
Brian also spent eight years with Delaware North Companies as a Division Controller responsible for the location which housed the Boston Celtics and Boston Bruins.
