Synergy Investment & Development Names Stephen Brodsky Chief Operating Officer

Boston, Mass. (November 10, 2010) – Synergy Investment & Development announces the recent hiring of Stephen Brodsky as Chief Operating Officer. Stephen will be responsible for all aspects of real estate operations, including leasing, management services and finance/accounting.

Brodsky has over twenty-four years of experience in the real estate industry. He joins Synergy after working for a decade at Grubb & Ellis, a national commercial real estate firm. Here he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the company's Boston office. Brodsky led the office's business development, recruiting, sales management and client relations operations.

Over the course of his career, Brodsky acted as Director of Management Services at Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Vice President of CB Richard Ellis's Management Services Group and Director of Property Management at Compass Management and Leasing.

Brodsky serves as Clerk and on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and as the Bus Tour Chairman on the Executive Committee of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP).  He is also a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Corporate Real Estate Network (CoreNet).

Brodsky attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Brodsky obtained his Real Property Manager (RPA) designation from BOMA and is a licensed real estate broker for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  He currently resides in Westwood, MA.
