Synergy A Good Fit as Top CBA Landlord

A roar went up at the Intercontinental Hotel's Rose Kennedy Grand Ballroom Thursday night as moderator and CBA President Kristin E. Blount read the winner of the 2010 Landlord of the Year Award, but no din was louder than that of Table 15, where Synergy Investment & Development staffers were seated.

"We were surprised but very appreciative," Synergy President David Greaney tells the Real Reporter of receiving the designation, adding, "We're a young company. It's about seven years for us."
